Exterior Golf Cart Parts
Many owners use their golf cart off road and out in the wilderness during hunting trips, or as a utility vehicle for a landscaping company. Gas and electric golf carts used in these situations will often encounter rough terrain and slippery conditions requiring them to be fitted with a lift kit with custom wheels and off-road tires. The custom wheels and tires fitted for off-road use are usually wider than stock and offer increased grip on muddy surfaces.
These wider off-road tires sometimes stick out from a stock golf cart body requiring the fitting of aftermarket fender flares. These flares cover up the section of the tire that protrudes from the golf cart body, enhancing safety and stopping mud and water from spraying around the golf car when traveling off-road.
